Meeting Baby Amos!

He's Here!  Amos was a month early, but did very well.  Silas and Anna Kate love him.  I don't think I am ready for another baby quite yet, but how sweet is their reaction!

Gatlinburg Adventure

I have to say that this ranks fairly high on the most stressful trips list.  I was on my own.  Kirk had to work...  Bedtime and naptime battles were a plenty.  Also, I am not sure if I could count the number of tantrums.  We enjoyed our family and the weather.  It is always adventure.  No pain, no gain, right....

Anna is beginning to develop quite a personality, she is full of interesting expressions!

 What did you find, Si?

 Looks like a good idea...

Bathtime Fun!! Or how many kids can you fit in one bathtub...

Day before Amos' Arrival

We decided to help baby Amos along by taking Jennifer to the zoo and having her ride both the train and the carousel. Looks like our plan worked! He was born the next day.

Jennifer's Baby Shower

We hosted Jennifer's baby shower.  We can't wait to meet baby Amos!  Anna and Silas had a lot of fun helping her with the presents.  We are so sad she will no longer be our nanny, but we are happy for the blessing of a new addition to their family.

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a great day!!  I tried to limit the candy and got them books and stickers, but of course they wanted to eat lollipops for breakfast.  I am not sure if this is Anna's excited face...

Christmas 2010

We traveled to Cincinnati for Christmas! We flew after what happened on our Thanksgiving trip. I was so thankful Anna did not cry on the flight. Much more expensive, but much more pleasant than driving. We stayed at the Westin and had a view of fountain square. Silas and Anna loved watching the ice skaters. We went to see the train exhibit, which I went to every year growing up. Silas and Anna had a lot of fun playing with their cousins. We also got to see baby Emilie!

Santa came before we left!!

At the train exhibit!
